Seminar of the Plasma Chemical Technologies Department

In the days of June 10-12th the 1st external seminar of the Plasma Chemical Technologies Department (Head: Dr. Maksym Buryi) entitled: Plasma chemical technologies as the important approach to the (nano)materials and hydrogen production took place at the recreation facility Marianska.

 

The topics covered were the following: Plasma techniques and methods of plasma investigation; Plasma Physics and Chemistry; Solid-State Physics and Chemistry; Physical Chemistry; Quantum Physics and Chemistry; Materials Engineering including nano-, micro- and macromaterials; Methods of materials investigation. In addition, one section considers the sociological aspects of gender equality, in particular harassment. Guests of the seminar were domestic and foreign scientific experts as well as industrial experts such as Prof. Rezek from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, Prof. Piasecki from the Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa, Częstochowa, Poland, Prof. Mauro Fasoli from the University of Milano-Bicocca, Milan, Italy and Dr. Mates from HVM Plasma spol. s. r. o., Prague.
