The Institute is located in the northern part of Prague, in a place called "Mazanka", on the borders of city districts Střížkov, Kobylisy, Ďáblice and Libeň. In the area of Mazanka, there are several other Institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences.

The mail room at U Slovanky 2525/1a is open from Monday to Friday from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M.

 

 

 

If you do not feel like using a taxi, you can easily reach us by the public transport. Prague Integrated Transport (PIT) covers trams, buses, metro, and also railways in the larger Prague and its vicinity. The simpliest way is to go by tube (or metro or underground if you prefer!) to the station "Ládví" (line C, direction Letnany). You can also take a tram No. 10; exit at the tram stop Ládví.
