Description of the project:
The project focuses on the strategic set-up and development of seven key areas of UFP’s activities. These areas include human resources management, evaluation of the research organisation, development of knowledge and technology transfer, promotion of open science, enhancing institutional IT resilience with respect to the new Cybersecurity Act, and popularisation of research and development. The project aims to fully harness UFP’s potential in scientific innovation and to strengthen its position as an excellent research institution at both the national and international levels.
