On February 20, 2025, Minister for Science and Research Marek Ženíšek, accompanied by Member of Parliament Matěj Ondřej Havel, visited TOPTEC of IPP CAS.
The guests were welcomed by the former Director of IPP, Radomír Pánek, and the Head of the
TOPTEC division, Vít Lédl, who introduced them to the institute and the activities of the TOPTEC
Centre. During the visit, representatives of IPP presented their latest research initiatives,
highlighting TOPTEC’s involvement in space missions, telescope development, and cooperation with
private industry. The visit provided an opportunity to discuss the future development of the
Centre and its role in advancing cutting-edge optical technologies on both national and
international levels.
