From May 30 to June 1 the Science Fair was traditionally held in PVA EXPO Letňany. This year, IPP introduced its research activities.
In our exhibition, visitors could see the model of the new COMPASS-U tokamak and get
acquainted with samples of selected materials that we develop and study. The principles of optics
and the process of vapor deposition were demonstrated by researchers from the TOPTEC Centre. On
Friday 31 also the lecture "Nuclear Fusion - the Future of Energy" by Dr. Slavomír Entler was
held.
