On Wednesday 27th of September, Pavel Ctibor and Tomáš Tesař from IPP CAS attended a kick-off meeting of the CLiCAM (Cultivating Leaders for Innovative Coatings and Additive Manufacturing Applications) project funded by the European Union within the Horizon Europe program coordinated by FunGlass company (part of Alexander Dubček University of Trenčín).
The four-year-long project will serve to enable intersectoral secondments of academic staff from Czechia, Slovakia, and Poland in technological companies participating in the project consortium. The project's aim is not only broadening experience of future R&D leaders, but also promoting collaboration between academic and industrial partners. The meeting attendees also had the opportunity to visit the research laboratories of the FunGlass company.
