Jan Čížek from the Materials Department of IPP was elected a member of the Journal of Thermal Spray Technology Editorial Board (JTST).
JTST was established in 1992 in response to the increasing volume of scientific publications pertaining to the field of thermal spray technologies. The journal is highly specialized and represents a key and most read periodical in its field. In the last 5 years, its number of readers has tripled every year. This increase mostly reflects the boom of cold spray technology and its use for additive manufacturing. One of the main tasks of Dr. Čížek will be publications related to this field.
